SHINOHARA SEGMENTED LASER CUT INK DUCT BLADES.

We were manufacturing new jigs this month to supply a new line of Laser Cut Ink Duct Blades. Calls for the SHINOHARA 52 were a popular choice.

Its the first time we had seen this type of blade, but we were very happy how they turned out. The Printer seemed happy about the amount of money he had saved!

MULLER MARTINI LASER CUT BLADES.

A large Printing Company from Sunderland asked us to visit them to supply them with Muller Martini Laser Cut Blades.

They are part of a large group so we were delighted to have them call us.
They have them on trial at the moment, im very confident they will be back!

We looked at a number of items, ie Gears, Damaged Shafts etc, all of which we can repair and save them fortunes on Manufacturers prices.

PUNCHES AND DIES.

Several companies approached us regarding their Punches & Dies for their Wiro-Binding, Spiral Binding and Calendar Binding Machines. We have kept busy Form Grinding their tooling.

We have also given out several quotes for new tooling we can manufacture in house in our fully equipped workshop.

ROLAND 500 GRIPPERS/ROLAND 300 GRIPPERS.

I think a few Printers were putting steps in place regarding the situation with Roland. We were asked what we could supply and how soon parts would be despatched. The Roland 500 & 300 grippers were the parts most Printers called us about. Printers commented on the time it was taking Roland to supply parts and the cost, hopefully we can help on both counts!
