MEL 1 Mod Standard Filters. Each Modular Filter will have a minimum of 21m2 of Filter Area manufactured in Stocking Elements ensuring an almost ‘clog free’ situation. The tubular filters will be automatically cleaned on shutdown using a vibrating motor, which reduces moving parts and assists with overall maintenance. The main steel fan impeller will be directly powered by either a 4kW, 5.5kW or 7.5kW (3 phase) totally enclosed fan cooled motor, that will be located on the dirty air side of the Unit. The filter unit comes complete with polythene collection bags for use in the two steel bins in order to collect the waste material below the hopper.

As our filter units are modular this allows the system to expand with the business, if further machinery is purchased in the future. The system is completely adaptable as additional filter modules and fans can be added to the existing module to increase the filter area along with the introduction of further extraction fans to zone areas within the workshop area.

The tubular filters will be automatically cleaned on shutdown using two vibrating motor, one per MOD which reduces moving parts and assists with overall maintenance. The main steel fan impeller will be directly powered by either a 7.5kW, 11kW, 18.5kW (3 phase) totally enclosed fan cooled motor, that will be located on the dirty air side of the Unit. The filter unit comes complete with polythene collection bags for use in the two steel bins in order to collect the waste material below the hopper.
